Sports & soft tissue therapy · Cannock
Hands-on treatment for pain, injury and recovery. Whether you train hard or just want to move without niggles, book an assessment and we will work out a plan.
Treatments
Every appointment starts with a short assessment so the session fits what your body needs that day.
Most booked
Firm, targeted work for tight, overloaded or recovering muscle. Good before or after hard training, or for everyday aches from work and posture.
Massage
Slower, deeper pressure through the layers of muscle and connective tissue, working into long-standing tension and restricted areas.
Massage
Lighter, flowing massage for general tension and winding down. A gentler option when deep work is not what you are after.
Massage
Very light, rhythmic strokes that follow the lymphatic system. Often used to help manage puffiness and support recovery.
New
Fine single-use needles placed into tight bands of muscle to help release trigger points. Can be added to a massage session or booked on its own. Not suitable for everyone — we check first.
By assessment
Western medical acupuncture used as part of a wider treatment plan for musculoskeletal pain. Discussed and assessed on a first visit.
Add-on
Warm wax treatment for hands, feet or specific joints, used to warm and soothe the area before or after hands-on work.
Techniques that may be used within a session
Sustained pressure on specific points in tight muscle.
A smooth tool worked over the skin to address tissue restriction.
Suction cups to lift and decompress the soft tissue.
Guided stretches and movement advice to take away with you.
First appointment
Your first visit includes a full consultation and assessment before any treatment. Allow about 00 min. It costs £00, and treatment on the day is included.
About
Placeholder bio. Nicci has been treating sports and soft tissue injuries in Cannock for 00 years. She works with everyone from competitive athletes to people who just want to get through the day without pain.

First visit
If you have not had treatment like this before, here is how an appointment runs.
Wear something you can move in. Shorts and a t-shirt work well. Come a few minutes early so we can start on time.
We talk through your history, what is bothering you and what you want to get back to. A few movement checks tell us where to focus.
Hands-on work tailored to the assessment. You stay in control of pressure throughout, and everything is explained as we go.
You may feel a little tender for a day or so, like after training. You will leave with a clear idea of next steps and anything to do at home.
